Josh Vivian
Josh Vivian, (born December 13, 1990) is an Indian music Composer, singer and songwriter based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He is the co-founder, along with Varun Parandhaman and the front man of ''Namma Ooru Boy Band (NOBB)'', the first ever Tamil Boy Band. He released his first single ''Cosmopolitan Kadhali'' on April 2014. Which became one of the few Independent acts in South India which gained prominence right away, making Josh Vivian (NOBB) pioneer of ''International Tamil pop''.
==Early life==
Josh Vivian was born on December 13, 1990 in Chennai, South India. Coming from a traditional Christian family Josh has been on stage singing with gospel choirs, church bands and also performed as a solo artist since the age of 4. Although Josh was mostly exposed to Christian music by his parents, being a 90s kid he was highly influenced by International POP idols like Michael Jackson & Backstreet Boys which made him develop as a POP vocalist. Josh recorded for a Tamil gospel album at the age of 16 for Music director Stephen Sanders. He got into song writing and composing when he was 18. However he enrolled for a non musical bachelor's degree in Loyola College, Chennai and started his profession as a banker in Royal Bank of Scotland later moved to Amazon.com as Catalog Analyst. Knowing his passion was only for music, he continued singing for Rock/POP, Acoustic and a cappella bands. His live performances, unique stage presence gained attention. When he was 20 he started to make cover versions / YouTube videos of English hits, then he came up with his first original song ''Lover of my Soul'' when he was 22.
